We offer 3 shipping options and free in store pick up! Please note that only 2 of the 3 shipping options come with a tracking number, so please keep that in kind when choosing. Also, if you are wanting your item gift wrapped (in a box with a bow), you must choose priority shipping. Gift wrapping is not available for first class options.
First Class Envelope (No Tracking) - FREE
First Class Envelope (With Tracking) 3 - 6 day — $3.50
Priority Shipping (With Tracking) 1 - 3 day – starts at $7.95
*Once a package leaves out facility, we are no longer liable for the package. So please choose a shipping option with tracking if you want to be able to track your package.
Return/ Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may return it and request a store exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of item(s). You may do this by calling 972-540-2739 Monday-Friday 11am-5pm central time to request a return authorization number(RA#). No returns are accepted without an RA#. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition in original packaging.
*All custom, special and gemstone orders and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Manufacturing defects may be considered for exchange/return. All return/exchange decisions are under the discretion of Nan Lee Jewelry and all decisions are final.
